Dr. Jason Allen, a native of Bryan/College Station, Texas, has built a distinguished career rooted in his passion for health and wellness. Raised in an active family, Dr. Allen excelled in various sports and graduated from Bryan High School in 2000. His dedication to athletics earned him a wrestling scholarship to Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.
Before pursuing chiropractic care, Dr. Allen successfully owned and operated a personal training business for ten years. His commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of others led him to attend Cleveland University - Kansas City, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating in December 2015. Following his education, Dr. Allen returned to Bryan/College Station to establish his chiropractic practice.
Continuing to expand his impact on the community, Dr. Allen recently grew the ProActive brand by launching the Bryan location, where he now practices full-time, entrusting the College Station location to Dr. Rowan. He and his wife, Kathy, are also successful entrepreneurs, owning and operating Hotworx in Bryan, TX.
Dr. Allen and his wife, Kathy, married on Leap Day 2020, blending their families to include Jacob (21), Tyson (19), Kamdon (14), Brazos (14), Beckett (11), Sofia (11), and Hudson (10) and Maris (3).
A dedicated advocate for local businesses and an active contributor to the Bryan/College Station community, Dr. Allen strives to make a positive and lasting impact through his practice and community involvement.
Dr. Rowan is a College Station native. He grew up very involved in sports, playing baseball and football throughout high school. After graduating from A&M Consolidated High School, he went to Texas A&M - Corpus Christi and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Upon completing his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Rowan continued his pursuit of knowledge of the body and how it functions by getting a Master of Science degree in biology from The University of Texas at Arlington. Not satisfied, Dr. Rowan and his wife moved from Kansas City, where he got his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University - Kansas City in August of 2021. After graduating, Dr. Rowan moved back home to serve the community he grew up in.
Chase Veit is a Chiropractic Intern at ProActive Chiropractic & Wellness and is currently completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Texas Chiropractic College, with graduation expected in August 2025. He is passionate about providing hands-on, personalized care to help patients restore function and improve their overall quality of life.
Originally from the small town of Shiner, Texas, Chase earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University. His background in human performance, biomechanics, and neuro-motor behavior laid the foundation for his transition into chiropractic care. At ProActive, Chase plays an active role in both patient care and business development, helping expand services throughout the Bryan/College Station and Greater Houston areas.
Outside the clinic, Chase enjoys life with his wife D’nae and his stepdaughter Peyton, a talented 16-year-old soccer player entering her sophomore year. They are also the proud owners of three Presa Canarios, a breed they are deeply passionate about. In his free time, Chase enjoys watching sports—especially the NFL and NBA—backyard cooking, live music, cornhole, fishing, and hunting. He’s especially drawn to the coast and often says he’d retire there tomorrow if he could—spending his days fishing and soaking in the coastal lifestyle.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my wonderful husband, who also works in healthcare, and two amazing boys, who keep me on my toes with their sports activities- I love every moment of cheering them on. As a family, we embrace the great outdoors whenever we can, especially when it comes to fishing. When I get time to myself, I love watching documentaries and learning something new all the time.

Hi, my name is Cady Garrett, I'm 22 years old from Carson City, Nevada. I moved to Nevada from Hawaii when I was 10. I have been studying physical therapy and kinesiology since High School. My passion for sports has influenced me to continue my education further. Growing up has always been busy, being the youngest of 5 siblings (4 older brothers), but I wouldn't change it for the world. My hobbies are soccer, volleyball, surfing, and writing. I look forward to continuing my career with ProActive!
Carrie is currently a nursing student at Texas A&M and Blinn College, with a goal of becoming a sports medicine nurse. With a passion for health and wellness, Carrie is excited to combine her love of sports with a career in nursing. Outside of school, she enjoys deer hunting, spending time outdoors, exercising, and traveling!
Raylee is 19 years old and is from Giddings, Texas. She is a student at Sam Houston University, majoring in kinesiology. She has plans to become a chiropractor following her undergrad. She enjoys dancing, relaxing by the pool, and photography.
Hali is a 22-year-old student at Texas A&M University. She is a kinesiology major and is planning on becoming a chiropractor. Hali also enjoys doing CrossFit and is a licensed EMT-B. Hali has recently left us to pursue her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University. We look forward to welcoming her back to the ProActive family as Dr. Hali upon her graduation.
